Photo Gallery

Below is a gallery of pictures of my life as it relates to animals over the past ~10 years, from working on a horse and dog rescue to an organic dairy goat farm, the Knoxville Zoo, or caring for several dogs including my own mini schnauzer, Casey. Each animal has a name and each picture has a story. I would love to tell you more about any of them if you're interested. My favorite is the giraffe named Jumbe at the Knoxville Zoo giving me a kiss for lettuce. If you click on the picture, it will get larger and you can zoom in on Jumbe's tongue on my face and my expression of pure joy (NOW THAT'S WAGGY!). Fun fact: a giraffe's tongue can be up to 20 inches long!
